What is crucial when buying a mobile phone?

A to found Statista statistics (collected in 2008) on this topic has made me somewhat suspicious.
As answers to these questions are included including "low call charges" and "transparent billing." Clearly stands in first place and is seen generally regarded as most important, however, has thrown together here, unfortunately two areas:
One should distinguish between the contract and the phone. Advertising also separates (mostly). If we even TV commercials keep in mind it is seen that either a contract / prepaid offer (ie Fonic or " O2 O ") or a cell phone / smartphone / whatever (see the iPhone or Google phone is advertised). The advertisers did not like for no reason, but because they know that they must serve two interested parties and that those who are looking for a device, and those looking for a provider. And because people are looking for solutions that both target groups are adjusted. Clearly there is still rather behind it, whether that advertises, for example, the device manufacturer, etc.
Ergo we should have split this survey in terminal-related - and provider-related issues and potential (if given answers). I now take time to survey the imaginary part, and answer both questions. 01. Used network or network coverage
02. Acceptable costs / prices for inclusive MB for data transmission
03. Acceptable cost / price of inclusive minutes for calls to all networks
04th Free customer support
05th Free voice mail query ( what vermeindlich at super prices unfortunately is always free of charge )
06th Costs for additional services such as. eg second simcard
07th Opportunities for up-or downgrade of the contract and its costs during the term
08th Contractual commitment and time to
09th Periods of notice
10th Contract period
