The German international team, the WE-feeling and the exceptions

Good event, nice games, a great German multi-cultural team gives us a great sense of togetherness. Unfortunately, not allenorts.

In some places in Germany was still honking and celebrating! Very few of these were good-humored but Spaniards, but either football opponents, who were glad that it's over, or German (with and without migration background), which were simply against the German team. Schadenfreude had become widespread - too bad. That hits the spot. Schadenfreude is true for sports such as ball or exercise, on the other hand should not be a free pass to the provocation.
Our national team is multicultural: Jogi has a multicultural cadre, he has players with roots in Brazil, Spain, Poland, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Turkey, Tunisia, Nigeria, Ghana and Russia ( the Tagesspiegel called it our "International Team").
And that's good. Nunmal This Elf is a mirror of our society that has shown us that together we can achieve great things. Even the foreign media (even the English) were very pleased with this very young team.
So, now it is fingers crossed for 3rd place and I dedicate myself again to my current blog topics 
Please do not get me wrong, this article is kind of off topic, but this needs to get out. I have many friends with a foreign background. Almost everyone could identify with our national team - and the links!

I see only millionaires hobble across the room, which is the

The young team is just a cross section of our society today and enjoys "just" a lot of people around me without any reservation.
Probably there is nothing simpler than integration through sport.
Thank you for your comments. In my opinion, gone are the days was the only one from the German national team players. A national team has today - whether they like it or not - and a social role model. As Jasmine has written, it is a cross-section of our society. And it connects.
In other countries, see France, have been playing far longer players with obvious non-pure-French origin. Did you know that was Nike shoe the courser Özil in children (not only Turkish children) in the stores is /?
The special thing about our team but the combination 'multi-cultural' and 'very young'. I think it helps a lot that 'foreigners' can identify with Germany and that German also accept that we are a colorful people - and see that some of the potentials can promote to light.
Football itself, and I'll give you right, is an over-paid industry. These players deserve a lot of money Zuu. Sadly that is diverse in the leagues. But this young elf is STILL not on the yacht owners
I also confess that I very much interested in football otherwise. Bundesliga is not my thing. But countries are just games but attractive!
